Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Behavioral Health Utilization Review Nurse.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review and document prior authorization requests and member case history
- Recommend revision of medical policies and utilization management and/or clinical appeals policies
- Attention to detail and use of clinical judgment to determine outcomes
Qualifications Include:
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- 5+ years clinical experience
- Behavioral health experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
- Technology-savvy; ability to work within multiple computer applications
