Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Beneficiary Claim Support Customer Care Professional.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Influencing and guiding members through education of current and future products
  • Assisting customers with their transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Identifying the unspoken needs of the customer

Position Requirements Include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • 3+ years prior customer service or financial service industry experience
  • Ability to quickly learn complex program and product knowledge
  • Keying data entry efficiently and accurately with proficiency in typing/keyboard
  • Polished phone demeanor, tone, and etiquette
