A financial services company is in need of a Remote Beneficiary Claim Support Customer Care Professional.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Influencing and guiding members through education of current and future products
- Assisting customers with their transactions accurately and efficiently
- Identifying the unspoken needs of the customer
Position Requirements Include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- 3+ years prior customer service or financial service industry experience
- Ability to quickly learn complex program and product knowledge
- Keying data entry efficiently and accurately with proficiency in typing/keyboard
- Polished phone demeanor, tone, and etiquette
