A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Benefit Adjuster II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Acting as a direct contact and communicates with internal and external Customers and medical providers
• Evaluating, processing and/or auditing claims that require moderate to complex judgement and investigation
• Providing customers with direction and assistance in all facets of insurance coverage and needs

Qualifications Include:

• Travel up to 10%
• 3 to 5 years
• Associate degree area of study required or equivalent business experience
• Good understanding of medical terminology and physiology
• Possesses PC Windows-based software knowledge
• Knowledge of case management tools and ability to apply
