Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefit Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a high volume of service requests from employees and their families
- Educate and assist callers in understanding and maximizing their healthcare and wellness benefits
- Provide direction in resolving various benefit-related issues
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum one year of insurance and/or benefits customer service experience
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and electronic mail applications
- Must be able to work a flexible 37.5 hour work week in a 24/7/365 call center environment
