Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate a high volume of service requests from employees and their families
  • Educate and assist callers in understanding and maximizing their healthcare and wellness benefits
  • Provide direction in resolving various benefit-related issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum one year of insurance and/or benefits customer service experience
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and electronic mail applications
  • Must be able to work a flexible 37.5 hour work week in a 24/7/365 call center environment
