Job Summary

An education technology company has a current position open for a Remote Benefit Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Interpret group benefits source documents in order to populate HRIS systems
  • Update and maintain plan design and financial information related to group benefits (e.g. Life, Health and Disability insurance)
  • Input renewal data and manage the renewal workflow process

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience with benefits administration required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential preferred
  • Experience with HRIS software an asset
