Job Summary

A global healthcare company is in need of a Remote Benefit Analyst In Dallas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Researching issues and developing customer specific resolutions
• Providing and designing all pieces for implementation
• Assisting with the development of process improvement for the department

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Ability to navigate the system and understand the functionality at a plan administration level
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ability to create spreadsheets to input, sort, and filter data)
• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare insurance / Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) environment using the computer as the primary instrument to perform job duties
• 1+ years experience working with RxClaim in a benefit analyst or related position
