Job Summary
A provider of human resources and consulting services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Benefit Enrollment Call Center Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support and assist client employees with the benefits enrollment process
- Identify and assess enrollment needs
- Perform password resets
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience with HR Technology, or experience at a benefits brokerage firm
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid technical skills
- Excellent grammar and communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills
