Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Benefit Outsourcing Services Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Health and Welfare benefit plans, benefits trends
  • Thorough understanding of overall Benefit Administration activities
  • Proactively analyze problems and drive root cause resolution to prevent recurrences

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to deliver effective presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.)
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a corporate and/or outsourcing environment
  • Proven experience with Benefit Administration Software and/or other HCM Benefits Administration systems
