Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Benefit Realization Clinical Performance Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with internal CP team to provide tools and materials
- Leading/facilitating meetings to drive valuation through identification of discrete inputs by initiative
- Supporting multiple project teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel 25 % of the time
- 3 years of experience in SQL coding
- 3 years of healthcare or clinical experience
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of additional experience as outlined below in lieu of degree
- 2 years of experience working with Medicare Advantage/Risk Adjustment
- Advanced level MS Excel experience
