- Assisting with reporting requests
- Assisting with ACA processes and data auditing
- Creating and maintaining client documentations
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience with HR Technology or experience at a benefits brokerage firm
- Project management skills
- Solid technical skills, especially with SaaS and Excel
- Ability to support administrators with basic ongoing system functions and questions
- Ability to identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Ability to troubleshoot and research issues to identify root causes
