Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing best-in-class service to clients and worksite employees through interactions over the phone, via email and in person
- Monitoring eligibility and compliance requirements are met to process enrollments and terminations of coverage
- Generating sensible, realistic, practical solutions to problems
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast paced environment is required
- Comfortable reaching out to peers to tear down walls or remove roadblocks
- Demonstrate consistent logic, rationality, and objectivity in decision-making
- Able to independently research and resolve benefits related issues using available resources, and escalating appropriately
