Job Summary

A human resources company has a current position open for a Remote Benefit Services Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing best-in-class service to clients and worksite employees through interactions over the phone, via email and in person
  • Monitoring eligibility and compliance requirements are met to process enrollments and terminations of coverage
  • Generating sensible, realistic, practical solutions to problems

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast paced environment is required
  • Comfortable reaching out to peers to tear down walls or remove roadblocks
  • Demonstrate consistent logic, rationality, and objectivity in decision-making
  • Able to independently research and resolve benefits related issues using available resources, and escalating appropriately
