A business process outsourcing firm is in need of a Remote Benefits Administration Services Delivery Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

- Manage professional employees and/or supervisors
- Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Requiresexpertise in Benefits 2-5 yrs
- Management in Benefit Administration of 2-5 yrs of at least 5 employees
- Must have analyst experience of at least 2 yrs
- Client facing experience
- Understands and applies concepts in the field of expertise
