Job Summary
An IT company has an open position for a Remote Benefits Administration Services Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build strengthing, productive relationships with all team members
- Maintain “open door policy” so team is comfortable bringing issues, concerns, idea’s, etc. to leadership
- Monitor performance to ensure team is meeting or exceeding client and RBA expectations and metrics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have experience in Defined Benefits and Human Resource Administration knowledge
- Have experience in White Glove experience
- Have experience in Retirement Case Administration
- Have experience in Beneficiary Support
- Have experience managing clients
