Job Summary

An educational institution has an open position for a Remote Benefits Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Participating in the annual benefits renewal negotiations with the broker, VCHR and CFO
  • Providing training and assistance to the campus Human Resources Associates in all aspects of benefit administration
  • Counseling new employees in the eligibility and enrollment of the appropriate benefit offerings

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resourses, management or related field
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in benefit administration experience
  • Minimum of 3 years human resources experience
