Job Summary
A public benefit corporation has a current position open for a Remote Benefits Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Administering the full-cycle leave of absence process for all benefit leave programs
- Working with the management team and HR Business Partners
- Monitoring benefit premium payments for employees on unpaid leave for premium collection activities and correspondence
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Benefits and leave Administration, multi-state
- Understanding of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, Internal Revenue Service Section 125 and cafeteria plan regulations
- Passionate about progressive human resource practices
- Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high level of autonomy
- A collaborative team player with a roll-up your sleeves mentality
- A strong writer and ability to verbally communicate effectively
