Job Summary
A non-profit education organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Benefits Administrator Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help set our vision and philosophy for Total Rewards
- Maintain vendor relationships by attending monthly meetings
- Manage escalated benefits issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field
- Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations
- 2 years of experience as a benefits administrator or in a similar role
- Experience managing retiree and COBRA benefits
- Strong MS Excel skills
