Job Summary

A non-profit education organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Benefits Administrator Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Help set our vision and philosophy for Total Rewards
  • Maintain vendor relationships by attending monthly meetings
  • Manage escalated benefits issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations
  • 2 years of experience as a benefits administrator or in a similar role
  • Experience managing retiree and COBRA benefits
  • Strong MS Excel skills
