Job Summary
A recruiting and staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Benefits Administrator in Wauwatosa.
Must be able to:
- Support benefits compliance functions and responsibilities relating to the administration of one or more benefit programs across the organization
- Transition Workers Compensation program
- Assist with transition of other benefits programs related to the Chapter 11 filing and purchase agreement(s)
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ Years of experience supporting Benefits
- General experience with implementing, changing and managing all types of employee benefit programs
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supporting Workers Compensation programs
- Experience assisting employees with benefits claims
