Job Summary

A recruiting and staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Benefits Administrator in Wauwatosa.

Must be able to:

  • Support benefits compliance functions and responsibilities relating to the administration of one or more benefit programs across the organization
  • Transition Workers Compensation program
  • Assist with transition of other benefits programs related to the Chapter 11 filing and purchase agreement(s)

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2+ Years of experience supporting Benefits
  • General experience with implementing, changing and managing all types of employee benefit programs
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting Workers Compensation programs
  • Experience assisting employees with benefits claims
