Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting firm has a current position open for a Remote Benefits Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Provide analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs
• Serve as subject matter expert for administration and governance of health, welfare and retirement plans
• Perform administration of the health and welfare benefit plans in accordance with plan documents, federal and state laws

Position Requirements Include:

• Ability to assist with open enrollment preparation and administration of all new or revised benefit programs
• Experience supporting compliance with applicable government regulations by monitoring new requirements
• Ability to monitor and audit benefit enrollment data, including dependent eligibility
• Experience with writing communications to employees, technical plan documents and summary plan descriptions
• Required to participate in the overall human resources information system (HRIS) meetings
• Experience with identifying, suggesting and implementing ongoing process improvements
