Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting firm has a current position open for a Remote Benefits Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Provide analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs
- Serve as subject matter expert for administration and governance of health, welfare and retirement plans
- Perform administration of the health and welfare benefit plans in accordance with plan documents, federal and state laws
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to assist with open enrollment preparation and administration of all new or revised benefit programs
- Experience supporting compliance with applicable government regulations by monitoring new requirements
- Ability to monitor and audit benefit enrollment data, including dependent eligibility
- Experience with writing communications to employees, technical plan documents and summary plan descriptions
- Required to participate in the overall human resources information system (HRIS) meetings
- Experience with identifying, suggesting and implementing ongoing process improvements
