Job Summary
A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Benefits Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with Payroll, Fidelity, and external auditors to complete annual compliance activities
- Program lead for the US 401(k) in plan design, compliance, and administration
- Assist with preparing and distributing meeting agenda and materials for the quarterly 401(k) Committee meeting
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience with focus on 401(k) and executive DCP Plans
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, planning and problem-solving skills
- Must possess superior organizational skills
