Job Summary
A specialty healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Benefits Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Administering benefit programs
- Assisting the administration of Leave of Absence (LOA)
- Providing employees with information throughout the employee lifecycle
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 years of focused benefits or leave of absence administration experience
- Experience with benefit and LOA end to end processing
- Must be an advanced user in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to respond verbally and in writing to general inquiries or complaints
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret employee benefit documents
