Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Benefits Analyst II or III.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and building new complex non-standard benefit plans
- Maintaining avoidance to negative financial, regulatory, and operational impact
- Performing testing and quality assurance of new product developed
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Up to 3 years experience in claims processing
- 3-5 years benefit coding experience
- Any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background
- Prior experience leading projects or as a subject matter expert
- Previous medical health care or analytical experience
