Job Summary
A consulting firm that specializes in construction advisory services, property damage consulting, and dispute resolution has an open position for a Remote Benefits Analyst in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Running day-to-day benefits administration for global organization
- Ensuring the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information
- Being the leader of the ACA reporting and compliance process annually
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in HR plus 1+ years’ experience in a corporate benefits capacity
