Job Summary
An educational non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Benefits and Compensation Manager in Mountain View.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, analyzing, designing, and implementing the organization's compensation and benefit programs
- Developing strategy and recommend approach relative to market survey administration and job evaluation
- Managing technology, tools, and systems to support compensation and benefit related activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Able to work from our office in Mountain View, CA
- 7+ Years of Experience
- Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively present info to internal/ external audiences
- Experience with HRIS and HR automation tools, and data integration between tools
- Strong process and project management skills
