Job Summary
An information technology and services company specializing in machine learning-based analytics needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Benefits and Compensation Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop & implement new & revised compensation programs, policies & procedures to align with the company's goals
- Ensure that the company’s compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies
- Research job requirements & evaluate job positions to ensure the company is competitive in the areas of salaries
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in benefits/compensation development, management & implementation in a large, fast paced organization
- Experience with Zenefits or a similar HRIS platform
- Wellness or benefits experience required
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with numbers is a must
