Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Benefits and Compensation Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting benefits open enrollment setups and processing
• Administering the bimonthly multi state payroll for all employees
• Driving and analyzing internal and external data analytics

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience in the design and administration of benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, and payroll
• Ability to continuously maintain and expand knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices
• Ability to evaluate complex data and make recommendations
