Job Summary
A business technology solutions company is seeking a Remote Benefits and Compensation Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be the subject matter expert for employee benefit questions
- Oversee Leaves of Absence administration
- Review monthly benefit reports to ensure they are accurate
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in designing benefit programs and compensation plans
- Must be proficient in ADP (Workforce Now)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, finance, or related field
- Experience with oversite of various benefit programs
- Strong knowledge and experience administering State and Federal Family Medical Leave Act
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems
