Job Summary

A business technology solutions company is seeking a Remote Benefits and Compensation Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Be the subject matter expert for employee benefit questions
  • Oversee Leaves of Absence administration
  • Review monthly benefit reports to ensure they are accurate

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in designing benefit programs and compensation plans
  • Must be proficient in ADP (Workforce Now)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, finance, or related field
  • Experience with oversite of various benefit programs
  • Strong knowledge and experience administering State and Federal Family Medical Leave Act
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems
