Job Summary
A biotechnology company is in need of a Remote Benefits and HR Operations Administrator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the Benefits Inbox for employee inquiries and resolution
- Participating in and assist with benefits administration activities
- Providing first pass data collection, formatted reporting and quality-check of required documents for final review
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience with total rewards operational processes
- Familiarity with and literacy of human resources administrative processes related to benefits, time-off tracking, headcount reporting
- Able to evangelize an employee self-service approach to HR queries
