Remote Benefits and Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

An environmental company is filling a position for a Remote Benefits and Payroll Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Administer all employee benefit programs including enrollments and terminations
• Fulfill all governmental regulatory mandates and ensures filings are performed as required
• Plan and administer annual open enrollment period

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 3+ years in payroll processing and benefits management
• Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to payroll, benefits, and company policies
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent organization and time/project management skills
