Job Summary
A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Benefits and Payroll Director.
Must be able to:
- Develop specifications for new plans or modify existing plans
- Evaluate and compare existing company benefits with those of other employers
- Recommend classes of eligible employees for new or modified plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- Deep knowledge of HR programs, policies, and procedures for benefits
- Demonstrated ability to complete transactions related to Benefits
- Ability to quickly gain knowledge in additional functional areas to support customer inquiries
- Ability to coach employees and managers on complex issues related to benefits and payroll
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
