Remote Benefits and Payroll Director

Job Summary

A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Benefits and Payroll Director.

Must be able to:

• Develop specifications for new plans or modify existing plans
• Evaluate and compare existing company benefits with those of other employers
• Recommend classes of eligible employees for new or modified plans

Qualifications for this position include:

• Deep knowledge of HR programs, policies, and procedures for benefits
• Demonstrated ability to complete transactions related to Benefits
• Ability to quickly gain knowledge in additional functional areas to support customer inquiries
• Ability to coach employees and managers on complex issues related to benefits and payroll
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
