Job Summary

A consulting company has an open position for a Remote Benefits and Wellbeing Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs
  • Assist in the communication of benefits, including annual open enrollment
  • Maintain electronic benefits records and documents

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experien
  • Two years of benefits administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
