Job Summary
A consulting company has an open position for a Remote Benefits and Wellbeing Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs
- Assist in the communication of benefits, including annual open enrollment
- Maintain electronic benefits records and documents
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experien
- Two years of benefits administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
