Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a steady volume of incoming calls regarding employee benefits
  • Provide assistance and information on healthcare, retirement, and additional employee perks
  • Navigate multiple systems while actively listening to customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is preferred
  • Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a criminal background check
