Key Responsibilities
- Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding employee benefits
- Actively listen and provide comprehensive resolutions to customer inquiries
- Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers with healthcare and retirement benefits
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in keyboarding and MS Office
- Ability to work a shift between 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday
- Must pass a mandatory paid training program and a criminal background check
