A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding employee benefits
  • Actively listen and provide comprehensive resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers with healthcare and retirement benefits
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and MS Office
  • Ability to work a shift between 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday
  • Must pass a mandatory paid training program and a criminal background check
