Key Responsibilities

Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding employee benefits
Actively listen and provide comprehensive resolutions to customer inquiries
Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers with healthcare and retirement benefits

Required Qualifications

Previous customer service and/or call center experience
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in keyboarding and MS Office
Ability to work a shift between 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday
Must pass a mandatory paid training program and a criminal background check
