- Handle incoming calls regarding employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement options
- Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate information and support to customers
- Maintain a steady call volume while ensuring positive customer experiences
Required Qualifications and Education
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with healthcare and employer benefits is preferred
- Ability to work a shift between the hours of 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug test
