Key Responsibilities
- Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding employee benefits
- Actively listen and provide information on healthcare, retirement, and additional employee perks
- Navigate multiple systems to assist customers effectively
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is preferred
- Ability to complete a mandatory paid training program
- Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a background check and drug test
