A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls regarding employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement
  • Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate information to customers
  • Maintain punctuality and dependability to ensure client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work a shift between 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday
  • Must successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
