A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls regarding employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement
- Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain punctuality and dependability to ensure client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work a shift between 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday
- Must successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
