Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls regarding employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement options
• Navigate multiple systems while managing a steady volume of calls
• Provide excellent customer service to create positive experiences for clients

Required Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or call center experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is preferred
• Ability to complete mandatory paid training and pass a background check
• Must be 18 years of age or older and reside in specified states
