Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Benefits Call Center Representative will serve as the primary contact for inquiries regarding health and financial benefits, assist members with pension plan questions, and document enrollment requests while navigating multiple systems.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from potential and existing members regarding health and financial benefits
- Assist with pension plan inquiries, enrollment, and processing payouts for retirees and current employees
- Document enrollment requests and maintain proficiency in technical and program policies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Knowledge of pension plans or defined benefit skill set is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding
