Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Remote Benefits Call Center Representative who will serve as the initial contact for inquiries related to health and financial benefits, providing administrative support and customer service while navigating multiple systems to deliver accurate information.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from potential and existing members regarding health benefits and pension plans
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately in a web-based system
  • Provide support through outbound calls as needed and maintain proficiency in program policies and technical requirements
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous customer service or call center experience
  • Knowledge of pension plans or defined benefit skill set is preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ability to pass an internet speed test
