Job Summary

Supporting employees with their benefit inquiries, the full-time Remote Benefits Call Center Representative will answer incoming calls regarding healthcare, retirement, and other benefit options while managing a steady call volume and performing administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:
  • Help participants understand plan options and provisions
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and web, completing customer-related transactions
  • Document calls thoroughly in the case management system and meet accuracy and timeliness standards
Required qualifications:
  • Previous call center experience with high-volume calls
  • Experience with healthcare or employer benefits (highly preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and MS Office
  • Successful background check & drug test (includes education and employment verification)
