Job Summary
Supporting employees with their benefit inquiries, the full-time Remote Benefits Call Center Representative will answer incoming calls regarding healthcare, retirement, and other benefit options while managing a steady call volume and performing administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Help participants understand plan options and provisions
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and web, completing customer-related transactions
- Document calls thoroughly in the case management system and meet accuracy and timeliness standards
Required qualifications:
- Previous call center experience with high-volume calls
- Experience with healthcare or employer benefits (highly preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in keyboarding and MS Office
- Successful background check & drug test (includes education and employment verification)
