Job Summary
A business outsourcing firm is seeking a Remote Benefits Consulting Services Quality Analyst I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring inbound and outgoing calls to assess call center associate’s performance
- Identifying areas requiring additional training and/or coaching
- Providing reporting of call quality scores and identify trends
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Dedication to ensuring excellent customer experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
