Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Coordinator, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee support and benefits inbox, resolving inquiries related to plan details and eligibility
- Oversee leave administration and payroll coordination for employees on leave, including manual pay calculations
- Support billing and data operations, including monthly premium reconciliations and HRIS error report monitoring
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred with relevant professional experience in HR/Benefits operations
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Benefits administration in a high-volume organization
- Ability to manage multiple sensitive files with accuracy and confidentiality
- Strong numerical competency for payroll adjustments and leave-pay calculations
