Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Coordinator, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee support and benefits inbox, resolving inquiries related to plan details and eligibility
  • Oversee leave administration and payroll coordination for employees on leave, including manual pay calculations
  • Support billing and data operations, including monthly premium reconciliations and HRIS error report monitoring
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred with relevant professional experience in HR/Benefits operations
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Benefits administration in a high-volume organization
  • Ability to manage multiple sensitive files with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Strong numerical competency for payroll adjustments and leave-pay calculations
