Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Benefits Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing administrative and logistical support in all areas of the day-to-day operations of group benefit programs
  • Preparing and distributing a variety of high-quality benefit related communication pieces
  • Overseeing employee medical and personal leaves and interfaces with FCS Third Party Administrators

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in employee benefit administration
  • A deep knowledge of various employee benefits including: ACA, FMLA, ADA and PDA
  • The role requires excellent communication skills including the ability to prepare and deliver benefit related training
  • The individual should be able to prepare reports from various data sources and conduct data audits within the FCS HRIS
  • Generalist level HR knowledge desired with a focus on employee communications and training
