Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Benefits Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing administrative and logistical support in all areas of the day-to-day operations of group benefit programs
- Preparing and distributing a variety of high-quality benefit related communication pieces
- Overseeing employee medical and personal leaves and interfaces with FCS Third Party Administrators
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 years of experience in employee benefit administration
- A deep knowledge of various employee benefits including: ACA, FMLA, ADA and PDA
- The role requires excellent communication skills including the ability to prepare and deliver benefit related training
- The individual should be able to prepare reports from various data sources and conduct data audits within the FCS HRIS
- Generalist level HR knowledge desired with a focus on employee communications and training
