Job Summary

To support a growing call center team, the full-time Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries and provide assistance with benefits enrollment while working remotely after an initial onsite training day.

Key responsibilities
  • Build rapport with customers and respond to inquiries in a compassionate and timely manner
  • Customize service approaches to meet diverse member communication styles while maintaining professionalism
  • Handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and maintain accurate documentation of calls and cases
Required qualifications
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous call center experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work in a private, quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection
  • MUST live within 2 hours of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
