Job Summary
To support a growing call center team, the full-time Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries and provide assistance with benefits enrollment while working remotely after an initial onsite training day.
Key responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers and respond to inquiries in a compassionate and timely manner
- Customize service approaches to meet diverse member communication styles while maintaining professionalism
- Handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and maintain accurate documentation of calls and cases
Required qualifications
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- Previous call center experience
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work in a private, quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection
- MUST live within 2 hours of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
