Job Summary

To support customer needs, the full-time Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative will engage with clients via phone, email, and instant messaging, ensuring compassionate and accurate responses while working remotely after an initial onsite meeting in San Diego, CA.

Key responsibilities
  • Build rapport with customers by responding to inquiries in a respectful and timely manner
  • Translate complex health and welfare plan information into understandable instructions for customers
  • Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred
