Job Summary
A provider of information, software, and services for professionals is filling a position for a Remote Benefits Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving strategic thought leadership
- Leading the design, budget and execution of the health/welfare/wellbeing plans and programs
- Developing multi-year strategic plan and philosophy in conjunction with the Total Rewards framework
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 12 years of progressive Corporate Benefits or Benefits consulting experience
- Five or more years of experience managing in a matrixed environment
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with key stakeholders
- Experience working in a global shared services environment with effective strategies
- Strong business and financial acumen required, including knowledge of actuarial concepts
- Deep knowledge of government regulations and requirements
