Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Benefits Engagement Manager Philadelphia.
Must be able to:
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners and cultivate new partnerships
- Develop and implement plans for the Philadelphia region based on organizational priorities and goals
- Oversee and create external communication with key partners and funders
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Due to COVID-19, BDT is operating under a remote-working protocol
- ability to travel throughout the region to meet with partners and community members
- Ability to project manage and change courses quickly to adapt to new development and deadlines
- At least seven years' experience cultivating and managing relationships with government, community-based organizations
- Ability to analyze and present complex data, including simplifying concepts for a wide array of audiences
- High level of proficiency in MS Office
