- Leading sales efforts for enterprise prospects
- Building and executing strategic plans for growth in the Enterprise market for your defined space for consultant relationships
- Being a product expert with a focus on Enterprise clients and providing market and strategic insight to both internal and external partners
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of prior experience as a benefits consultant, carrier or point solution salesperson/account management background
- Experience in the B2B2C+Consultant distribution model
- Strong understanding of financial and healthcare economics
- Solid grasp of product solutions, capabilities and guardrails to address unique client needs
- Clear and effective communication style and excitement to work with clients and prospects
