An information technology consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Benefits Insurance Principal Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Playing a lead role in delivery of large change programs
  • Leading and managing a team of consultants
  • Seeking out client input in a structured manner to better understand needs

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent
  • 9 to 12 years of relevant work experience with three years of experience in comparable consulting services
  • Experience in Insurance with knowledge of benefits insurance products
  • Experience in process improvement in business operations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
