Job Summary
A national mortgage originator and servicer has an open position for a Remote Benefits Management Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the administration, communication, and compliance for all company benefit programs
- Acting as the primary point of contact for external benefits-related vendor
- Owning benefit feeds and associated data; systematically auditing data and feed
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of progressive work experience managing employee benefits; at least 2 of those years spent in a supervisory role
- Prior experience in a multi-state, multi-site organization providing benefits for 1,000+ employees required
- Strong knowledge and familiarity with using HRIS systems, preferably with Ceridian Dayforce
- Must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion
