Job Summary
A media company has a current position open for a Remote Benefits Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage relationships with third party vendors; negotiate vendor contracts
- Develop and implement benefits communication strategy and processes
- Maintain Summary Plan Descriptions for benefits plans and programs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-7 years comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits, including health, retirement, leaves, and other benefit programs
- A proven track record of high achievement and success in the total rewards/benefits field
- A data-driven mindset – ability to influence, drive decisions and lead discussions utilizing data
- An understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
- Knowledge of benefits best practices
- Discretion and ability to determine when escalation is required
